With Ensure and Glucerna as its flagship healthcare brands, Abbott Nutrition wanted to build a relationship with consumers facing critical illness. To meet the challenge, our team built Eat Smart, Live Smart, a CRM designed to inform and support people facing diabetes and cancer, and older adults looking to make healthy nutrition and lifestyle changes. This robust program featured a self-directed website portal driving into individual content channels, and corresponding email streams for our audiences.
